Welcome to week 24 of the Art With Heart Colour Creations blog hop for 2021. This week's feature colour is Magenta Madness which is one of the In Colours from the 2020-22 range and is a bright pink colour.
For my card this week I have decided to use the large die in the Potted Succulents dies as a stencil. I die cut 2 pieces of Basic White cardstock with the die, one for the Magenta Madness and one for the Granny Green Apple. I then used Blending Brushes to add the colour. They make it so easy to add colour. I've finally added some Gorgeous Grape to parts of the Granny Green Apple.
Next I have stamped the pot image and a couple of the plant images from the Simply Succulents stamp set and coloured them using Stampin Blends. I have then die cut them using the corresponding dies. Here is a close up of the stencil effect you can achieve using the large die.
Finally the sentiment is also from the Simply Succulents stamp set and die cut using the corresponding die. The white twine bow and the twine wrapped around the card is from the Bakers Twine Essentials pack.
Next in tonight's blog hop is the talented Rachel Woollard. I look forward to seeing what lovely creation she has share with us tonight.
If the "next" button link is not working or you would like to see a full list of participants then go to Catherine Proctor's blog where yo u can see a full list of tonight's participants.
