AWH Heart of Christmas Week 7

Welcome to Week 7 of the Art With Heart, Heart of Christmas blog hop. I will be doing my best to partake in as many as possible over the next couple of months as it's a great way to get a head start before the festive season is upon us.

This year we will be hopping weekly, so hopefully we can provide you with some festive inspiration. Our host for this year's blog hop is the lovely Sharon Davern.

This week's card features the latest Product of the Month, the Shining Stars dies, which you can purchase this month for only $9 AUD when you spend $125 AUD. I actually think it is one of the best Product of the Month's we have had so far.

A piece of the "reverse" side of one of the sheets from the A Stitched Season Designer Series Paper has been adhered to a piece of white card to form the base of the card.

Another smaller piece of white card has been embossed using the Swirls of Magic Embossing folder. I have then used the Shining Stars dies and Neutral Noel Specialty DSP to die cut the largest and second smallest stars. The star in between these two has been die cut using Timeless Metallic Specialty DSP in gold.

The smallest star on top and the sentiment have been created using Magical Christmas Hot Foil die with Gold foil and back card. It's actually quite hard to photograph.

Finally a couple of Adhesive Backed Metallic Gems have been added for a bit of bling.

For the inside of the card I have continued with the black and gold theme, with a small strip of black card and a small strip of the Gold Timeless Specialty DSP along with a couple more of the Gold Hot Foiled stars. A matching envelope has been created using some more of the A Stitched Season DSP.
